Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days. For engraved orders, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.
Ensure all details, especially the delivery address, are entered correctly, as we cannot make changes once an order has been shipped.
Shipping times and details for all destinations are provided below. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the entered address.
Australian Orders
Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping worldwide is available and will be calculated at checkout.
RETURNS
We accept returns lodged within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

Full-Priced Items: Returns are eligible for a refund or store credit if the items are unworn, in their original condition, and packaging.

Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Sale Items: Returns for change of mind on sale items are not accepted unless an alternative ring size is needed. In such cases, a store credit will be issued.

Storewide Discounts: Full-priced items purchased during a storewide discount are eligible for return.

Engraved or Customised Items: All sales for engraved or customised jewelry are final and cannot be returned.
